Access to and use of the 988zk Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Age Verification: 988zk employs automated and manual age-verification procedures. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any deposits returned to the original payment method. Winnings generated by an underage Member will be forfeited in their entirety.
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on the 988zk Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be permanently closed, and any balances in those accounts will be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 988zk accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of incorrect account information provided by the Member, including but not limited to incorrect bank account numbers or e-wallet identifiers submitted for withdrawals.
